Submissioin Guidelines

Digital Submisisons ~ The resolution you want to aim for is 1080 (max vertical, up and down) by 1450 (max horizontal, left to right), with a DPI to not exceed 100, (72-80 is best for what we do.) The Deadline is typically the Friday before the meeting. E-Mail Entries to . Please be sure to indicate the categories in which your images are to be entered into.

Print Submissions ~ Bring your prints with you the night of the meeting and indicate on the back which side is the top. Please the names and categories of the images you are going to submit so that we can make sure that all of the forms are pre filled out.
